It’s all in the name- “All”iance Youth. AY SAD believes in ALL youth in ALL nations. While we are many communities, we are a part of something much bigger, an eternal family advancing the Kingdom of Heaven. 2017 is to be a year of unity and one that reminds our students that they are not an isolated pocket of teens who meet each week, but a vibrant and rapidly increasing network of students partnering and joining for the common cause of bringing back our soon coming King!

Rev. Jim Hatcher
Rev. Jim HatcherAY Youth Point Person
I love the hilarious moments of student ministry, and believe me, there are plenty. Even more, I love teaching our teens the authority that they have in God’s Word. We teach the Word, pray the Word and live the Word. There is nothing greater than when the light goes on for a student and they discover their authority in Jesus and their unique voice in prayer. It translates to confidence in the classroom, leadership among peers, and boldness to share their faith. In Alliance Youth, every student has a role, even if they don’t know what it is yet. No one is meant for the sidelines when it comes to advancing the kingdom. It’s my goal to coach them, to pull them off the bench and get them in the game!
Rev. Dale Patrick
Rev. Dale PatrickAY Prayer Coordinator
Dale Patrick is an 13 year veteran of church ministries. He leads the youth and 20’s ministry. Dale has a heart to see students engage in the discovery of who God is; leading to life-changing encounters that result in taking ownership of their faith and future.
In the 20’s ministry, Dale seeks to lead our next-gen to know Jesus better and unleash young adults into their corporate and personal identity with vision for life. Dale also has a passion for music. And as he has taken the shape of a trim athlete, he continues to enjoy sports.

Rev. Kyle Bahm
Rev. Kyle BahmAlliance Youth Rep. for NC
Howdy, I am Pastor Kyle. I have been serving with First Alliance Church since September 2015. I grew up in the suburbs of South Jersey, in a town called Mount Laurel. I graduated from Ursinus College in Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. Currenlty, I am pursuing my masters in Christian Studies at Crown College online.
After a year at FAC in NJ, the Lord sent us to FAC in NC. Doreen (my wife), Shiloh (my daughter), and I are committed to making disciples who make disciples out of the youth in Lexington, NC. Our roots are stuck firmly in the ground in this beautiful community.
I love Jesus, I love people, and I love ministry. My aim is to help youth to activate their faith, to go from Christianity as a spectator sport, to being in the game and wanting the ball when the game is on the line.
